Stepping Into Internships at QBE
QBE has proudly supported the Stepping Into Internship program since 2022. The program is run by the Australian Disability Network and offers paid internships for university students with disability.
Through Stepping Into, you’ll gain practical work experience, build skills and grow confidence in the workplace. You’ll work alongside supportive teams and contribute to meaningful work at QBE.
The program also supports our people. Managers develop their leadership skills and build confidence in supporting colleagues with disability, helping create a more inclusive workplace for everyone.

CareerTrackers at QBE
QBE is committed to supporting First Nations students through education and employment pathways as part of our approach to reconciliation. Since 2014, we have partnered with CareerTrackers to offer paid, multi‑year internships aligned to students’ degrees and career goals.
You’ll gain real work experience, build confidence and explore long‑term careers at QBE, with support to apply for graduate roles after your studies. As of 2026, QBE has hosted 79 interns, and 95% of CareerTrackers alumni are in full‑time work.
