Our New Zealand Graduate Program offers a clear pathway into underwriting, with hands‑on experience and close support from day one.

The 18‑month program includes rotations across business teams and a dedicated induction week in Sydney to help you transition from study into work. You will build your skills through structured learning alongside day‑to‑day underwriting work, including a development week in Sydney.
